Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026 · Effective date: 7 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arithma ("Arithma", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website (the "Website"), apply for our services, or use our client terminal. We are committed to processing your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
Note on our legal status. "Arithma" is a trading name. The operating legal entity is in the process of formation. Until registration is complete, the controller of your personal data is the individual operating Arithma. The entity's name, registration number and registered address will be published here once registration is complete.
1. Who we are (Data Controller)
For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, the data controller is Arithma. You can contact us regarding any privacy matter at:
- Email: support@arithma.pro
- Postal address: available on request until registration is complete
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with extraterritorial data-protection laws, this Policy is intended to comply with those laws to the extent they apply to our processing of your data.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data we process about:
- Visitors to the Website;
- Individuals who submit a membership application;
- Clients who use the ArithmaPrime client terminal at app.arithma.pro (the "Client Terminal"); and
- Individuals who otherwise communicate with us.
This Policy does not cover the processing of data by independent third parties, including the broker (Bybit) with whom you open and operate your own trading account. Those parties act as separate controllers under their own privacy policies.
3. What personal data we collect
We practise data minimisation. We collect only the following:
| Category | Data | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identity data | Full name | You, via the application form |
| Contact data | Email address | You, via the application form |
| Communications data | The content of messages you send us | You |
| Technical data | IP address, browser type, device and access logs | Automatically, via our hosting provider |
| Usage data | Aggregated, anonymised page views and performance metrics (no cookies) | Automatically, via Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights |
| Client Terminal account data (clients only) | Login email, password (stored hashed), and any profile details you add (e.g., name, phone number, photo) | You, or us when we set up your access |
| Trading-account data (clients only) | MT5 account number, broker server, balance, equity, open positions, pending orders and trade history | Automatically, from the ArithmaPrime connector on your account |
| Telegram data (optional) | Telegram user ID, username, and the messages you send to our support bot | You, if you link Telegram for alerts and support |
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, how the Website and the Client Terminal are used and how fast they load. These tools do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.
We do not collect special categories of data (e.g., health, biometrics) and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If you proceed to onboarding as a client, additional information (including identity-verification/KYC data and brokerage-account details) is collected and processed by the broker, not by Arithma, under the broker's own terms.
4. How we use your data and our legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| To receive, review, and respond to your membership application | Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract; your consent |
| To contact you to schedule a consultation | Your consent; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries |
| To operate, secure, and maintain the Website | Our legitimate interest in running our service securely |
| To provide the Client Terminal — show your accounts, positions and history, send connector-health alerts, and answer support requests | Performance of our contract with you |
| To measure and improve Website and Client Terminal performance (aggregated analytics) | Our legitimate interest in improving our service |
| To comply with legal obligations | Compliance with a legal obligation |
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 8). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Email delivery provider — Resend (Resend, Inc.): to deliver application notifications and confirmation emails.
- Email hosting provider — HostIQ (Ukraine): to host our mailbox, including support@arithma.pro.
- Hosting and analytics provider — Vercel (Vercel, Inc.): to host the Website and the Client Terminal, process server logs, and provide cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
- Database and authentication provider — Supabase (Supabase, Inc.; data stored in the EU, Frankfurt region): to store Client Terminal accounts and trading-account data.
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.): only if you choose to link Telegram, to deliver alerts and support messages.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or successors where required by law or in connection with a legal claim or business transfer.
Each provider acts as our processor and is bound to process data only on our instructions and to keep it secure.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (Resend, Vercel, Supabase) are based in the United States, and Telegram operates internationally, so your data may be transferred outside Ukraine and the EEA. Supabase stores Client Terminal data in the EU (Frankfurt). Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent measures) to protect your data. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting support@arithma.pro.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain application data for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law (e.g., tax or anti-money-laundering record-keeping). If your application is unsuccessful and you do not become a client, we will delete or anonymise your application data within 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to our processing;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Withdraw consent at any time; and
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman); in the EEA/UK, your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any right, email support@arithma.pro. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days). We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and use of reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Website and our services are intended only for individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support@arithma.pro and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party sites (such as the broker). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing data.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified on the Website or by email where appropriate.
